Well I am preparing right now for our big protest. I have my picket signs dry and we are taping them to sticks. Basically I am nervous. I have never done this before, but I know we have to do something. This will be my first protest ever and I will be the one who put it together. It is kind of funny, this happens to me a lot. But there is no better time to learn. I watched many protests on Youtube to learn how to prepare for them, how to make a picket signs, and how to be peaceful. I made 200 flyer copies to hand out to people who are otherwise interested and to also promote the event. I can't see getting attention other than by writing, making a website, and getting out there on the streets to stand up for our children. I even made a video for youtube. We are crusaders for our own rights and our children's. I hope we have a fun day protesting and getting heard. If those goes over well we will be doing many more events in the future.
